Sprint Triathlon Overview

Swim 500 meters in the Chequamegon Bay in the Greatest of the Great Lakes… Lake Superior (wetsuits suggested).

Bicycle 15 miles out and back from Bayview Park through Ashland proper (see course map) and back to the park.

Run 3.1 miles along the waterfront trail past the beautiful oredock and back to the park.

Racers receive a finishers medal, a G-force technical long sleeved shirt. Awards given to top 3 overall in both men & women categories. Age Class awards to the top 2 in ages from 15 to 85 in 5 year increments.
